Define
At this stage the executive team sought to identify problems, identify customer specifications and determine the goals and targets six sigma project. Measure

Control
Make a plan for continued towards improvement we have made to be sustainable. Improvement had always analyzed if there are weaknesses then as a basis for further improvement. In this stage we make some kind of metrics to be monitored and corrected when it began to decline.
